This has been my favourite breakfast for a while. It’s so yum and a classic comfort food. It’s easy to make and convenient and such an all round brilliant go to for me, it seems too good to be true that it’s healthy as well. I usually make this in the winter months as I like it hot, but make it how you like and let me know. This should feed 4 or 2 hungry people.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
Extras to taste
- Sugar or sweetner
- Dried blueberries (Or other dried fruit)
- Flaxseeds
- Chia seeds
- Mixed seeds
Method
- Heat the milk, berries and oats together on a low to medium heat stirring gently.
- Serve and add toppings.
- Stir it together and enjoy.
